- 1 umeboshi (pickled plum)
- 1/2 packet bonito flakes
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 Black pepper to taste
ÉTAPES
Smash the cucumber with a rolling pin and cut into bite-sized pieces. Remove the pit from the umeboshi and mash it with a knife.
In a bowl, mix the mashed umeboshi, bonito flakes, and sesame oil.
Add the canned clams and cucumber to the bowl and toss well. Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper.
