ÉTAPES
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, separate them, and cut them in half. Mince the garlic.
In a frying pan, add butter and garlic. Sauté over low heat until fragrant, then add clams and enoki mushrooms. Stir briefly.
Add whiskey, salt, and pepper. Cover the pan and cook on low heat for 3–4 minutes until the clams open.
Plate the dish and garnish with Italian parsley.
