- 200g radish, sliced
- 2 green chilies, sliced
- 1 red chili, sliced
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion

- 200g fresh oysters, cleaned
Broth
- 1 coin stock cube
- 💧 800ml water
Seasoning
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
ÉTAPES
Clean the oysters using salt water and rinse gently to remove impurities. Drain and set aside.
Slice the radish, green chilies, red chili, and green onion. Prepare all ingredients for cooking.
In a pot, add water and the coin stock cube. Bring to a boil and add the sliced radish.
Add minced garlic, soy sauce, and fish sauce to the pot. Stir well and let it boil.
Add the sliced green chilies, red chili, and green onion to the pot. Stir and let it simmer briefly.
Finally, add the cleaned oysters and cook for a short time until just done.
Serve the soup hot in bowls. Enjoy the clear and refreshing oyster soup.
