Main Ingredients
- 🥔 1 potato
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧅 A small amount of green onion
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 800ml broth
ÉTAPES
Wash the potato thoroughly, peel it, and cut it into appropriate sizes.
Crack 2 eggs into a bowl, add 1 tbsp of tuna sauce, and mix well.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Pour 800ml of broth into a pot.
Add the potato pieces to the broth and cook until tender.
Add 1 tbsp of soy sauce, 1 tsp of salt, and pour in the egg mixture. Adjust the seasoning with additional salt if needed.
Add the chopped green onion and bring the soup to a final boil before serving.
