- 🍞 3 slices of bread
Protein
- Ham, thinly sliced
- 🥚 1 fried egg
Vegetables
- 🧅 Sliced onion
- 🍅 Sliced tomato
- 🥬 Lettuce, generously added
Spread
- 🧈 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tbsp chopped pickle
ÉTAPES
Thinly slice the ham and prepare it. Sandwich ham is also fine.
Toast the bread slices until golden. Use a drizzle of olive oil instead of butter.
Slice the tomatoes. Large tomatoes are preferable.
Slice the onion.
Fry one egg. Cook the ham alongside the egg for convenience.
Prepare the sandwich spread by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped pickle.
Spread the sandwich spread on one side of a toasted bread slice.
Add a generous amount of ham and place the fried egg on top. Cover with another slice of bread spread with the sandwich spread.
Add sliced tomato, onion, and a generous amount of lettuce. Ensure the lettuce is dry.
Spread sandwich spread on one side of the last bread slice and use it as the top layer.
Wrap the sandwich tightly in parchment paper or plastic wrap.
