- 🍗 200g chicken thigh

- 🍀 120g green beans
- 🧅 1 medium onion, sliced
Spices
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- Paprika powder, to taste
Liquids
- 🥥 200ml coconut milk
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp salad oil
Garnish
- Cilantro, to taste
ÉTAPES
Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them into bite-sized lengths. Slice the onion into 1cm wide pieces.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil and cumin seeds in a frying pan until fragrant. Add grated garlic and chicken, cooking over medium heat until the chicken changes color. Add green beans and onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.
Add curry powder and lightly sauté. Pour in coconut milk and add salt, mixing well. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 5–6 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the green beans are tender.
Serve on a plate, garnish with cilantro, and sprinkle paprika powder to taste.
