- 1 tsp consommé
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 💧 50cc water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
ÉTAPES
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. Coat cod fillets with flour.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the cod until golden brown.
Add broccoli, cherry tomatoes, corn, and the seasoning mixture (sake, consommé, butter, water, salt). Bring to a boil, then cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
