- 🥔 100g potato salad
- 🥦 40g broccoli florets

ÉTAPES
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
Place one cod fillet on a sheet of aluminum foil, top with half the potato salad and half the broccoli florets, then wrap tightly. Repeat for the second fillet.
Place the foil-wrapped cod on a baking tray and bake in a toaster oven for 10–12 minutes until cooked through.
Open the foil, sprinkle shredded pizza cheese on top, and bake for another 4–5 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
