INGRÉDIENTS
Fish
- 200g cod fillets (2 pieces)
Vegetables
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 🥕 50g carrot (1/3 piece)
- 🧅 100g onion (1/2 piece)
Seasoning
- 🧈 20g salted butter
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- Chopped green onion (to taste)
ÉTAPES
Pat dry the cod fillets with kitchen paper.
Prepare the vegetables: trim and separate shimeji mushrooms, julienne the carrot, and thinly slice the onion.
Place half of the onion and carrot on aluminum foil, add a cod fillet, shimeji mushrooms, and half of the seasoning ingredients. Wrap tightly. Repeat for the second portion.
Place the foil packets in a frying pan, add 80cc of water, cover with a lid, and steam over medium-low heat for about 12 minutes.
Serve by opening the foil, drizzle soy sauce, and sprinkle chopped green onion.
