- 🐟 2 fillets of cod
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- Enough flour for coating
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 🧈 10g salted butter

ÉTAPES
Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the cod skin-side down and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook until fully done, then remove from the pan.
Add the sauce ingredients (mirin, soy sauce, lemon juice, butter) to the pan and heat over medium heat for 1 minute until slightly thickened. Return the cod to the pan and coat with the sauce.
