    • 1 tbsp sake

    • 🍬 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 1/2 tsp soy sauce
    • 2 tsp gochujang
    • Pinch of grated ginger

Cut the root off the komatsuna and slice into 4cm pieces.

Cut the cod into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt, and let sit for 5 minutes. Pat dry with kitchen paper.

In a frying pan, combine all sauce ingredients and heat over medium heat until boiling. Add the cod and spoon the sauce over it. Once the cod changes color, cover and simmer on low heat for 7 minutes.

Push the cod to the side, add the komatsuna, cover, and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir the komatsuna gently.
