Fish
- 🐟 200g cod fillets
Vegetables
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, halved
- 🍅 1 tomato, chopped
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/2 tsp herb salt
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 30g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Garnish
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, for garnish
ÉTAPES
Chop the tomato roughly. Mince the onion and garlic. Halve the mushrooms.
Cut the cod fillets in half and season with herb salt.
Mix the tomato, onion, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper in a bowl to create the tomato sauce.
Place the cod, mushrooms, tomato sauce, and half the cheese onto aluminum foil. Wrap tightly to form two packets.
Bake the foil packets in a toaster oven for about 10 minutes until the fish is cooked through.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
