- 🍜 1 pack Paldo Bibimmyun noodles
- 🌱 1 handful bean sprouts
- 💧 250 ml water
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧊 Some ice cubes
ÉTAPES
Mix 250 ml of water with vinegar and sugar in a bowl. Chill the mixture in the freezer to prepare a cold broth.
Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Add the bean sprouts to the boiling noodles and cook for an additional 1 minute.
Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold water.
Cut lettuce and onion into bite-sized pieces.
Place the noodles in a serving bowl and pour the chilled broth over them.
Top with lettuce, onion, and ice cubes to complete the dish.
