Main
- 🍚 300g cooked white rice
- 🍗 2 chicken tenders
- 🍅 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 pack kaiware sprouts
- Sesame seeds, as needed
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Broth
- 💧 300ml water
- 1 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Mix the broth ingredients (water, dashi powder, soy sauce) and chill in the refrigerator.
Remove the tendon from the chicken tenders, make small cuts, and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with salt and sake, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes until cooked. Let cool and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and chop the kaiware sprouts into bite-sized pieces.
Rinse the cooked rice briefly with cold water and drain. Place the rice in a bowl, top with chicken and cherry tomatoes, pour the chilled broth over, and garnish with kaiware sprouts and sesame seeds.
