Noodles
- 200g cold noodles
Meat
- 200g pork loin (shabu-shabu style)
Vegetables
- 2 eggplants
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes
- 2 myoga
Sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp ground sesame
- 🧅 1/4 green onion
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, separate pork slices and cook briefly. Skim off any scum, cook noodles according to package instructions, rinse with cold water, and plate.
Cut eggplants in half lengthwise and slice diagonally. Wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes, then cool.
Thinly slice myoga, halve cherry tomatoes, and finely chop green onion.
Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl. Arrange ingredients on a plate and drizzle with sesame sauce.
