- 🐖 120g pork loin shabu-shabu slices
- 🌱 200g bean sprouts
Dressing
- 🧅 2 tbsp chopped green onion
- 3 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili oil
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Boil a pot of water, add bean sprouts, and cook for 1 minute until translucent. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
Bring the water back to a boil, reduce to low heat, and cook pork slices one or two at a time until their color changes. Drain and rinse under cold water, then squeeze out excess water.
Mix all dressing ingredients (green onion, ponzu sauce, chili oil, and ginger) in a bowl.
Arrange bean sprouts and pork slices on a plate, then drizzle with the dressing.
