Fish
- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧈 150g firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber (50g)
- 🍅 3 cherry tomatoes
- 5 shiso leaves
- 2 myoga
Liquid
- 💧 400cc cold water
Spices
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp ground sesame
- 1/4 tsp Japanese dashi powder
ÉTAPES
Drain the mackerel can and break the fish into smaller pieces.
Cut the tofu into small cubes and slice the cucumber thinly.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely chop the shiso leaves and myoga.
In a large bowl, mix cold water, miso, ground sesame, and dashi powder until well combined.
Add the mackerel, tofu, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, shiso leaves, and myoga to the bowl.
Serve chilled and enjoy as is or with rice.
