ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add salt, and blanch the okra for about 30 seconds. Drain the water.
Cut off the okra stems and slice them into rings.
In a bowl, mix the sliced okra, ponzu sauce, and grated ginger.
Cut the silken tofu into 4 equal pieces, place them on a serving dish, and pour the okra mixture over the tofu.
