- 100cc straight men-tsuyu
- Shredded nori, as needed
ÉTAPES
Grate the nagaimo using a grater to create tororo.
Boil water in a pot and cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water, then divide into two servings on plates.
Top each serving of soba with half the tororo and one quail egg yolk. Pour half the men-tsuyu over each plate and garnish with chopped green onion and shredded nori.
