INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 1 can tuna in oil (70g)
- 2 shiso leaves, sliced
- 1 tsp dried wakame
- 🍅 1 cherry tomato
Sauce
- 1 tbsp concentrated men tsuyu
- 4 tbsp water
- To taste white sesame seeds
ÉTAPES
Slice the shiso leaves and rehydrate the dried wakame as per package instructions. Drain well.
Mix the men tsuyu, water, and sesame seeds in a bowl. Transfer to a sealed container for the sauce.
Microwave the frozen udon as per package instructions. Wash under cold water and drain thoroughly.
Place the udon in a bento box and mix with 1 tsp of tuna can oil. Top with drained tuna, sliced shiso leaves, wakame, and cherry tomato.
Add the sauce just before eating for the best flavor.
