- 🦐 16 shrimp with shells (approx. 210g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 ear of corn, husked
- 🧅 1/2 onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 cube chicken stock
- 🍋 Lemon slices as needed
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Cooking Essentials
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- Flour as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Peel and devein the shrimp, then marinate with sake, salt, and pepper.
Cut the corn kernels off the cob and dice the onion.
Coat the shrimp lightly with cornstarch and flour.
Heat salad oil in a pan and stir-fry the shrimp until golden. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, stir-fry the onion and corn until tender.
Add chicken stock, sake, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well.
Return the shrimp to the pan and mix everything together. Serve with lemon slices.
