INGRÉDIENTS

- 2 sausages (40g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 1/2 corn (150g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g)
Dairy
- 🧈 5g salted butter
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp consommé
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 💧 400ml water
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the corn vertically and remove kernels from the cob. Roughly chop the kernels. Finely chop the onion.
Slice the sausages into 1cm pieces.
Heat butter in a pot over medium heat. Add corn and onion, sauté for 2–3 minutes until the onion becomes translucent. Add sausages and stir until coated with oil.
Add consommé, salt, and water. Bring to a boil, then simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
Serve in bowls and sprinkle black pepper on top.
