INGRÉDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 can (85g) corn
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 🍅 2 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
Protein
- 🍖 2 slices ham, julienned
- 🧀 2 pieces processed cheese, quartered
Dressing
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- to taste black pepper
ÉTAPES
Dice the cucumber and avocado into 1cm cubes.
Quarter the cherry tomatoes and processed cheese. Julienne the ham.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients: olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Combine the corn, diced vegetables, ham, and cheese with the dressing in the bowl. Mix well and serve in cups.
