INGRÉDIENTS
Pasta / Noodles
- 🍝 80g macaroni
Vegetables
- 🌽 1/2 cob corn
- 80g frozen edamame
Meat
- 🥓 4 slices ham
- 🐟 1 can tuna (70g)
Condiments
- 🥫 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🥛 2 tsp milk
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
ÉTAPES
Cut the corn kernels off the cob. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Cut the ham into halves and then into thin strips. Defrost the edamame and remove the beans from the pods. Drain the tuna can.
Boil water in a pot and cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, corn, tuna, ham, and edamame.
Add the mayonnaise, milk, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well and serve.
