ÉTAPES
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
In the rice cooker, add soaked rice, sake, white dashi, and the juice from the canned crab. Add water up to the 1-cup mark. Mix in the ginger and flatten the surface. Cook as usual.
Once cooked, add the canned crab meat on top, close the lid, and let it sit for 5 minutes. Mix gently with a rice paddle.
