- 8 small crab sticks
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥕 2 chopped carrots
- 6 perilla leaves
- 1 tbsp pancake mix
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🧂 0.2 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
ÉTAPES
Shred the crab sticks into thin strips and place them in a bowl.
Finely chop the onion and carrots, and thinly slice the perilla leaves.
Combine the shredded crab sticks, chopped vegetables, pancake mix, eggs, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan with a generous amount of oil. Scoop the mixture with a spoon and place small portions onto the pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve warm.
