- 10 crab sticks
- 10 perilla leaves
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp flour
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- A dash of pepper
- Cooking oil as needed
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by cleaning the perilla leaves and trimming the stems. Spread 2 tbsp of flour on a plate.
Coat both sides of the perilla leaves with flour and place a crab stick on each leaf. Roll the leaves tightly around the crab sticks.
Beat 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and a dash of pepper to make the egg mixture.
Heat a pan with cooking oil. Dip the rolled perilla leaves in the egg mixture and pan-fry them.
Cook the rolls evenly by turning them until golden brown on all sides.
