ÉTAPES

Separate 2 eggs into yolks and whites. Add the yolks to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
Whisk the egg whites in a separate bowl until frothy, then fold them into the batter.
Sift 150g all-purpose flour and 4g baking powder into the batter and mix until combined.
Pour the batter into muffin tins and top with almond slices if desired. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes.
