- 🍗 1 pack cream chicken breast
- 🧅 1/4 onion
- 🥛 300ml milk
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 🥚 1 egg yolk
- 80g tofu noodles
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients by chopping the onion, tomatoes, and any additional vegetables you want to include.
Heat a pan with a little oil and sauté the onion. Then pour in the milk.
Add the thawed cream chicken breast to the pan. If unavailable, substitute with cheese and regular chicken breast.
Once the mixture simmers, add the drained tofu noodles to the pan.
Add the tomatoes last to prevent overcooking.
Transfer the pasta to a plate and top with an egg yolk for presentation.
