- 🧅 50g onion

- 🧂 0.5g salt
- Pinch of black pepper

- 🥛 200ml heavy cream
- 🧀 Grated Grana Padano cheese to taste
- 🧀 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 🧈 10g butter
ÉTAPES
Wash the spinach thoroughly and divide it into three parts. Separate the stems and leaves for easier cooking.
Heat a pan over medium heat and melt 10g of butter.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion to the pan and sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Add the spinach stems first and cook until they soften and reduce in volume.
Add the spinach leaves and continue to cook until they wilt and reduce significantly in volume.
Season with a small amount of salt and black pepper. Adjust seasoning based on the cheese's saltiness.
Pour in the heavy cream and add grated Grana Padano cheese. Stir well.
Simmer the mixture until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens slightly.
Serve warm with bread or as a side dish.
