- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 1 piece mentaiko
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 150ml milk
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme
ÉTAPES
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Slice mentaiko open and scoop out the contents with a spoon. Chop cabbage into manageable pieces.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add chicken and sauté until the surface turns white.
Add cabbage to the pan and sauté until coated with oil. Sprinkle flour and stir well. Pour in milk and simmer until thickened.
Mix in mentaiko briefly, then season with salt, pepper, and consomme. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
