- 🥛 2 cups milk

- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 3 cloves garlic, sliced

- 1/2 packet ramen soup base
- A small amount of cooking oil
ÉTAPES
Slice garlic into thin pieces and onion into thick slices.
Heat a pan with a small amount of cooking oil and sauté garlic and onion.
Boil water and cook ramen noodles for 1-2 minutes.
Add cooked noodles to the pan with sautéed vegetables and pour cold milk.
Quickly mix in the egg (optional) and stir until combined.
Add the remaining ramen soup base and cook until the noodles absorb the milk.
