INGRÉDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥚 2 egg whites
- 🧂 70g sugar
- 7g cake flour
- 🌰 85g chopped almonds
- 🧈 20g melted unsalted butter
ÉTAPES
Boil almonds in water for 30 seconds, drain, and peel off the skins by twisting gently.
Chop peeled almonds finely and roast them in a preheated oven at 160°C for 10 minutes.
In a bowl, lightly mix egg whites until smooth, then add sugar and mix gently until combined.
Sift cake flour into the mixture, add chopped almonds, and mix well.
Add melted butter and mix thoroughly.
Refrigerate the batter for 1 hour.
Spoon 1 tsp of batter onto a baking sheet and spread it thinly.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 10–15 minutes.
If the shape is uneven, remove after 5 minutes and use a cookie cutter (7.5–8cm diameter) to refine the shape.
