- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp plum syrup
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the chard stems first for 2–3 minutes.
Rinse the blanched chard in cold water several times.
Cut the chard into appropriate sizes and squeeze out excess water.
Mix the prepared chard with the seasoning ingredients.
Transfer the seasoned chard to a serving dish.
