- 🥓 2 slices bacon, diced

ÉTAPES
Dice the potato into small cubes and soak in water. Drain well. Quarter the cheese slices into four pieces each.
Dice the bacon into small pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the potato and sauté until tender. Add bacon and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes until fully cooked, then remove from the pan.
In the same pan, place 4 pieces of cheese slices. Top each slice with a small portion of the potato-bacon mixture (1/20 of the total). Cook over medium heat until the cheese becomes crispy. Repeat for a total of 20 pieces.
