ÉTAPES
Cut chives into 4cm lengths and defrost the seafood mix. In a bowl, mix takoyaki flour, seafood mix, chives, and water.
In a frying pan, tear pizza cheese into pieces and spread evenly. Pour the batter over the cheese.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat for 6 minutes. Flip the pancake, add sesame oil, and cook until crispy.
