- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
ÉTAPES
Cut the chicken skin into bite-sized pieces and rub with salt.
Slice the green onion into thin strips after removing the inner core. Slice the cucumber into thin strips as well.
Mix the sweet bean paste, honey, and soy sauce in a bowl to prepare the Peking Duck style sauce.
Place the chicken skin in a frying pan and cook on low heat, pressing it down with a spatula. Flip once golden brown and cook for about 10 minutes until crispy.
Arrange the green onion, cucumber, and crispy chicken skin on a plate. Drizzle with the prepared sauce.
