INGRÉDIENTS
Mushroom
- 200g enoki mushrooms
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 60g shredded pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg
Liquid
- 💧 2 tbsp water
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp consomme powder
Flour
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp potato starch
ÉTAPES
Trim the root of the enoki mushrooms and separate them.
In a bowl, mix the egg, water, salt, and consomme powder. Add the remaining flour and starch, then mix well. Add the enoki mushrooms and coat them evenly.
Heat half of the salad oil (1/2 tbsp) in a frying pan over medium-low heat. Add half of the mushroom mixture and fry until golden brown. Flip and press down with a spatula while frying. Wipe off excess oil.
Sprinkle half of the shredded pizza cheese (30g) around the edges of the cracker and fry until the cheese becomes crispy. Repeat for the second cracker.
