INGRÉDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 8 chicken wings (480g)
- 🥚 1 egg
- 5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Vegetable oil, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Coating
- 100g potato starch
- 💧 50cc water
ÉTAPES
Make two cuts along the bone of each chicken wing.
Place chicken wings and seasoning ingredients in a plastic bag, massage well, seal the bag, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Add egg and flour to the marinated wings in the bag and massage to coat evenly.
In a bowl, mix potato starch and water gradually until crumbly (this is the coating).
Coat each chicken wing with the crumbly mixture.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 160°C (2cm depth) and fry the wings for 4–5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
