Tofu
- 1 piece (200g) fried tofu
Natto Sauce
- 1 pack natto
- 1 packet natto sauce
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce (3x concentrated)
ÉTAPES
Finely chop the chives.
Cut the fried tofu into bite-sized pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Toast for 5 minutes until crispy.
In a bowl, mix the chopped chives with natto, natto sauce, and soy sauce.
Serve the crispy tofu on a plate and pour the natto sauce mixture over it.
