Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 1/3 cup water
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 green chili
- 1 red chili
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Cut the eggplants into bite-sized pieces.
Season the eggplants with salt and pepper.
Mix glutinous rice flour with water to create a batter.
Coat the eggplants with the batter.
Deep-fry the eggplants in preheated oil until golden and crispy.
In a pan, sauté minced garlic, green chili, and red chili with a little oil.
Add soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, and water to the pan. Mix potato starch with water to create a slurry and add it to the pan to thicken the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the fried eggplants and serve.
