- 4 shiso leaves, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar

Thinly slice the shiso leaves. Cut the crispy plums in half, remove the seeds, and chop them finely.
