- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
Sauce
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Cut pork belly into 3cm wide pieces and mix with sake, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Cut the tomato into wedges by slicing it into quarters.
Heat a frying pan and cook the pork belly over medium heat until crispy, removing excess fat with paper towels.
Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl, then add the cooked pork and tomato. Toss to combine.
Plate the dish and garnish with chopped green onion.
