- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Coating
- 3 tbsp potato starch
Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
ÉTAPES
Place pork slices and seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, garlic, ginger) into a plastic bag. Massage the bag to coat the pork evenly. Seal the bag and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Spread potato starch on a tray. Take each pork slice from the bag and coat both sides with potato starch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to 180°C (approximately 1cm depth). Fry the pork slices one by one, ensuring they do not overlap. Flip occasionally until crispy and golden. Remove and drain excess oil.
