Pork
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork loin
Vegetables
- 2 myoga (Japanese ginger)
- 🧅 1/2 green onion, minced
- 1 piece ginger, minced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌾 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- Enough salad oil for frying
Aromatic Sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
ÉTAPES
Cut the pork loin into halves and season with salt and pepper. Lightly coat both sides with all-purpose flour.
Finely chop the myoga, green onion, and ginger. In a bowl, mix the sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil, then add the chopped vegetables and mix well.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan to about 170°C (340°F), ensuring the oil is about 2 cm deep. Fry the pork for 2–3 minutes until crispy.
Place the fried pork on a serving plate and pour the aromatic sauce over it.
