- 💧 ½ cup cold water

ÉTAPES
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with a silicon mat or parchment paper.
Combine flour, salt, sugar, and grated cheese in a mixing bowl. Stir well, then add rosemary. Drizzle with olive oil and water, mixing until a sticky dough forms (3-5 minutes).
Transfer dough onto a floured surface, knead until no longer sticky (4-5 minutes). Divide into two parts.
Roll out each dough half to 1/8-inch thickness or less on a floured surface. Brush lightly with water, sprinkle with sea salt, and prick dough surface with a fork to prevent puffing.
Cut into 30 pieces per dough half (squares, rectangles, or triangles). Transfer to baking tray.
Bake in preheated oven until crackers are browned and crunchy (10-15 minutes).
