- 🧀 2 slices 3-layer cheese
Vegetables
- 1 handful chicory
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes
Seafood
- 🦀 300g crabmeat
Condiments
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp honey mustard
ÉTAPES
Prepare all ingredients.
Shred the crabmeat into small pieces.
Mix shredded crabmeat with mayonnaise and honey mustard.
Slice cherry tomatoes into 0.8cm thick pieces.
Cut the 3-layer cheese diagonally in half.
Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
Place a handful of chicory on the bottom half of the croissant.
Add the sliced cheese on top of the chicory.
Layer the crabmeat mixture on top of the cheese.
Place the sliced cherry tomatoes on top of the crabmeat mixture.
Cover with the top half of the croissant to complete the sandwich.
