- 🥚 1 boiled egg
- 4 leaves lettuce (150g)
- 🥒 1/2 cucumber
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g)
- 10g croutons
Dressing
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
ÉTAPES
Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber diagonally into thin slices. Remove the stem of the tomato and cut it into 6 wedges.
Cut the boiled egg into 4 vertical wedges.
Mix all the dressing ingredients in a bowl.
Arrange the lettuce, cucumber, tomato, boiled egg, and croutons on a plate. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
