- 🥬 2 leaves cabbage
- 🧅 1/4 onion, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped green onion for garnish

- 3 Vienna sausages, sliced
- 🥚 1 egg, lightly beaten

- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
ÉTAPES
Prepare the ingredients: slice cabbage and onion, cut sausages into rounds, chop green onion for garnish, and lightly beat the egg.
Mix the sauce ingredients: soy sauce, mirin, water, and sugar.
Heat a pan with a little oil and stir-fry cabbage, onion, and sausages.
Once the onion turns translucent, pour in the sauce and let it simmer.
Pour the beaten egg over the mixture and cover the pan. Cook on low heat until the egg is semi-cooked.
Serve the mixture over a bowl of rice and garnish with chopped green onion.
