- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 💧 2 tbsp water
ÉTAPES
Clean the cucumber thoroughly using coarse salt and rinse well.
Slice the cucumber into thick, rustic pieces. Optionally, add garlic chives, green onions, or onions for extra flavor.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients together. Adjust the consistency by adding 2 tbsp of water.
